The Boonville Clinic is Being Expanded and Renovated!

Due to problems getting phone and Internet service, we only have one phone line. Please either leave message or try again.

The Village of Boonville has graciously agreed to lease the DPW building for our use during this project. This building is located at 615 Main Street . To get there, you need to pull into Circle K (former Nice and Easy) Convenience Store off Route 12 and proceed on right side of the building to the end of the road.

Limited services available during relocation:

• Routine wellness exams
• Vaccinations
• Technician and simple outpatient sick appointments
• Pharmacy and food supplies will be available
• Stabilization of critical care patients before being sent to Lowville

The Following will be referred to Countryside in Lowville:

• Surgery
• Radiographs
• Extended medical cases requiring hospitalization

We hope to re-open our new facility by early October. We appreciate the community’s ongoing support of our business and apologize for any inconveniences during this transition.
